Jocly implementation

• Model, view and piece set built on the Jocly Xiangqi implementation by Michel Gutierrez (@_mig_) and Jérôme Choain (@jcfrog)
• Piece and board graphics generated from res/janggi/make-sprites.py and res/rules/janggi/make-thumb.py, characters set in Noto Serif CJK KR (SIL Open Font License)
• The pictograms of the 2D Pictograms skin are the silhouettes of Jocly's Xiangqi western set, recoloured and fitted into the Janggi counters
• Rules checked against The Chess Variant Pages
